Full-time English teacher on a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of promotion to a permanent position.

  • English classes are taught by English teachers only, with no assistance from the Japanese homeroom teachers.
  • The classes are conducted entirely in English.

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Native English speakers or individuals with equivalent English proficiency.
  • A middle or high school English teaching license is acceptable.
  • Foreign applicants are not required to hold a Japanese teaching license.

    Starting Salary
  • Bachelor’s degree: ¥227,000/month (including fixed allowances).
  • Master’s degree: ¥249,000/month (including fixed allowances).
  • Final salary amount will be determined based on experience and ability.
  • Allowances
    Full transportation expenses provided.
    Bonuses
    Twice a year (July and December).

    Working Hours
  • Mainly 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
  • Annual variable working hours system applied.
  • Holidays & Leave
  • 110 days per year (based on school calendar)
  • Annual paid leave, condolence leave, and more.
  • Retirement
    Age 60 (with a reemployment system available).

    Employment Term
  • One year or until the following March 31.
  • Contract renewal may be possible.
  • Selection Process

    The selection process will be conducted on a rolling basis and will close once the planned number of hires is reached.
